Meeting room

A professional meeting space at an excellent price for voluntary groups. Seats up to 8 boardroom style.

Price: £3 per hour (includes use of flipchart and overhead projector). Members' rate: £1.50 per hour.

New organisations can use the room free of charge for 1 session per month for their first 3 months. Available 9am - 3pm, Monday - Friday. Minimum booking is 2 hours. Bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance. £5 charge will be made for cancellations less than 5 days in advance. Higher charges will apply to statutory organisations. A contribution of 30p per person is requested for refreshments.

When arranging to collect equipment, please allow extra time for staff to demonstrate the use of the item and to complete a hire agreement form. Hire of the laptop computer, digital projector or digital projector screen requires a deposit of £75 which will be refunded to you when the item is returned in good condition. Please ensure that you have your own transport available.
