The aim of the Compact for Devon is to improve and develop the relationship between the voluntary & community and statutory sectors in Devon.
Following wide consultation, the revised Compact for Devon is available at www.dacvs.org.uk to download and sign up to. The website also shows what the next steps are in terms of implementing the Compact for Devon 2007.
The first 3 Codes of Practice for Equality and Diversity, Funding & Procurement and Volunteering. The Codes of Practice are available to view by clicking here.

Compact Update - 1st November 2007
The remaining three draft Codes of Practice to accompany the Compact for Devon are out for consultation, and we need your help and involvement to get them right! They are:
- Consultation and Policy Appraisal
- Community Groups
- Partnership
These codes have been drafted with the input of key agencies and organisations in Devon, but now need the input of the much wider voluntary, community and statutory sector. This is where you come in! You can download the documents from the Compact section of the DACVS website or you can contact us to send you a copy by email or post.
