The Forum is open to representatives of all local voluntary and community organisations.

The Forum meets at different locations across the South Hams, and provides an opportunity to meet other representatives of local organisations, to share good practice and hear first hand of any changes, proposals or government consultations that could affect your group or the local voluntary sector as a whole. It also provides a collective voice of local voluntary and community organisations.

The following dates and venues are as follows:

Tuesday 25th November 2008

10am - 12.30pm at Follaton Village Hall, Follaton, Totnes.

Tuesday 27th January 2009 

10am - 12.30pm at Townstal Community Hall, Townstal, Dartmouth.

All meetings will begin at 10.00 a.m. and finish by 1.00 p.m. unless mentioned otherwise. Welcome refreshments will be available from 9.30 a.m. Agendas for the meetings are distributed beforehand to any organisation who has attended a forum in the previous 12 months, usually in the Voluntary Vine (SHCVS newsletter).
