Following the consultation activities "Shaping the future of the South Hams" held during summer 2005 and further public consultation during summer 2006 a new Sustainable Community Strategy for the South Hams has been developed and adopted by the South Hams Strategic Partnership.

The next Community Partnership Forum is on the 5th March in Totnes Civic Hall from 10 -12.30 and will be having an Environmental Theme. The morning will be an opportunity for local sustainability groups to inform others about their work and for organisations across the district to find out how the sustainability agenda fits into their work.
